Cancellation Policy
I am so happy to have you as a client and as I work for myself, I pride myself on providing a 5 star client experience. As a self-employed salonpreneur, my business is made up of clients, like you and I work hard to allocate space for everybody.
In return, I kindly ask that if you have to cancel or change your appointment, you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This will give me enough time to re-book another client rather than have an empty space in my diary.
If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
No Show Policy
My no-show policy is a fee 50% of your appointment cost. But if you give me at least 48 hours notice I don’t have to charge that. PLUS it gives me an opportunity to fill that slot (and that’s how I make money!).
So please, if you can’t make it, let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I don’t have to charge you and somebody else can enjoy their much needed ‘me time’.
Late Arrival Policy
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can relax and enjoy your service (and so can those arriving after you!).
If you are running late, please call or email me in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and charged in line with our cancellation policy (50% within 48 hours of appointment).
Children
We kindly request our valued clients to help us maintain a serene and focused atmosphere by refraining from bringing children under the age of 16 to the salon. This policy ensures a professional and relaxing experience for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Thank you for your understanding.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and within the salon with an expiry date of 6 months.
